Final Design
The final design is the most important step in the building process. In order for you to have exactly what you want, where you want it, we will need to meet and create your design. Usually in the first meeting we will discuss and design a floor plan that will best suit your family. The next step would be to determine window sizes, door sizes & placements, bathroom & kitchen layout. The First week
after the site work and foundation have been completed we need to know
• Roof Color• Siding Color
• Exterior Trim Color
The Second week
• Kitchen and vanities layoutThe Third week
• Flooring Selection• Interior Wall Colors and trim style
The Fourth week

• Style of sinks/faucets
There will be more decisions to make along the way, but this list will get us started and focused on the most important items. Your satisfaction in this process is very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, please don't hesitate to call.
